Culture
Culture is the most important element of our team. My mentors have always treated me like family, and that has been a huge factor in my success. My promise has always been to do the same for my people.
Most people operate on the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We took it a step further. We operate on the Platinum Rule: Do more for others than you would have them do for you.
As a team, we have this “work hard, play hard” mentality. You don’t have to choose one or the other, you can have both!
The best way for me to sum it up is, we work really hard, have a lot of fun and make a lot of money while helping other people. It doesn’t get better than that!
Chang Gang
Everyone knows us as the “Chang Gang".” The name started when I started mentoring a team in 2016. Everyone in my office had these clever team names, but I was not creative enough to think of one myself. The team started throwing around names like “Chang Dynasty” or “Chang Empire” (I know, pretty funny), but the “Chang Gang” was the one that stuck around.
Our team is made up of individuals from different ages and backgrounds joined with a shared vision and goal: GROWTH. My mentor always told me that growth is the only evidence of life. We’re determined to better ourselves mentally, in our careers and personally.
I’m looking to mentor the motivated individuals that are looking for THAT opportunity in life. I’m looking for the big dreamers, the hungry, the HUSTLERS. If you’re tired of the 9-5 or your typical JOB (just over broke), let’s team up!
