I'm Jess Chang — entrepreneur, podcaster, and the person my agents call when they need someone who's actually been in the trenches. I built the Closers Circle from the ground up because I saw too many talented people walk away from an industry that could have changed their lives.

When I entered this industry, 92% of agents were men. I refused to accept that this career was only for one type of person. My Story

The journey that built everything

I didn't come from money, and I didn't stumble into success. I made a decision — a single, uncomfortable, terrifying decision — to bet on myself. That was the turning point.

The insurance industry gave me something I didn't expect: freedom. The freedom to set my own schedule, build my own income, and eventually build a team of people doing the same thing.

What started as a side hustle to pay for school turned into a movement. The Closers Circle isn't just a team — it's proof that when you give people the right support and believe in them before they believe in themselves, extraordinary things happen.

That's why I do this. Not just for the income (though that's real), but for the moment I see someone realize they're capable of more than they ever thought.
